This workout is basically dance moves. You know, the moves we used to see in Bollywood movies. But this workout is taking the moves and focusing on legs and hands moves to make a fun cardio workout. 30 minutes of dancing, from the warm-up to cooling down session. So fun 😀
If you searched the link on youtube.com, you’ll find many videos, but none of them are complete. And alhumdulillah, there are 8 consecutive links (each of them is 10 minutes length) to be downloaded, completely from introduction, beginners and experts workout, also daily routine.
I do it 2 times already, and it’s so tiring and hard. Mostly because this is quite different from my usual workout (simple yoga, bellydance, salsarobics, boxirobics), so my moves are still a bit stiff. But I’m trying my best, and I’m sure i’m getting better.
